How do I request TestFlight access?
Zel is in private TestFlight while we polish the last rough edges. Send
an email to

with the Apple ID you'd like to test on, and we'll add you to the list.
How does Zel "read" an expense from a message?
Zel looks for a description and an amount in the message — things like
dinner 120, uber 15 usd, or
groceries 48.60 split 3 ways. When confidence is high, it turns
the message into a transaction card that shows the amount, currency, and
split. You can edit or remove the card anytime.
Can I use Zel with people who don't have it yet?
Yes. You can add anyone by name as a pending member. They'll
still appear in splits and balances. When they join Zel and claim the
slot, their historical expenses link to their account automatically.
Does Zel move real money?
No. Zel tracks who owes what — it doesn't send payments. When someone
settles up, you mark it in the app. Zel updates the ledger. The money
moves through whatever channel you already use.
Can I use multiple currencies in one trip?
Yes. Each trip has a default currency, but individual expenses can be
logged in any of the 150+ supported currencies. Zel formats each expense
in its original currency and keeps balances separate by currency.
How do I export my trip data?
From any trip, tap the menu → Export to Spreadsheet. You
get a clean
.xlsx with two sheets: transactions (every
expense and settlement) and member summary (spent, owed, balance). It's
self-verifying — any mismatch shows up as a red row.
How do I delete my account?

Is Zel available on Android or the web?
We're launching iOS first. Android and web are both in the codebase and
tested, but we want one platform to feel excellent before we ship the
others.
I found a bug. What do I do?
Best path: use the in-app Help & feedback flow from
your profile — it sends us your message, the screen you were on, and
(optionally) a screenshot. Alternatively, email

with steps to reproduce.
